Spinach dip is a big hit in parties because most people these days like to have something that is healthy and also tasty. Spinach can add the rich creamy consistency to the dip. Some of the ingredients that you need to prepare the spinach dip are spinach, cream cheese, lemon zest or juice, Worcestershire sauce, onions, garlic, milk and red bell peppers.
Take some onion and garlic and cook it in olive oil. Stir it occasionally until the onions become translucent. Add some cream cheese and milk and keep cooking. The whole mixture should become smooth eventually. Put in the spinach and add some lemon zest and/or lemon juice to it. You can also add Worcestershire sauce or hot pepper sauce. Stir the mixture thoroughly and now add some red bell peppers. The red bell peppers should be chopped finely in order to cook fast. Let the whole mixture cook thoroughly and once it is cooked, transfer the ingredients to a serving dish. The dip will look rich and creamy with shades of green and dotted with red color.
