  • It helps to prevent the bad effects of toxins from the environment and also fights the bad effects of pollution. It cleans the atmosphere and acts as an air purifier.
  • Holy basil is rich in vitamin C, carotene, calcium, and phosphorous. The skin stays healthy and supple.
  • It strengthens the immune system
