Making grape juice is extremely simple. However, if you want to keep the juice in its healthiest form, then do not add in sugar. Take cleaned grapes and put them in a blender. Do not add water or any liquid. Just beat them up to a fine pulp, and strain the resultant juice. There is seedless variety of grapes available. However, you will still need to strain it because of the skin and pulp. Keep the juice and have it as a concentrate, or mix it with milk or water and have it.
Black grapes are too sour. So, you may need to add sugar to neutralize the sour taste. One of the most popular grape juices is the Welch’s grape juices. They even sell popsicles made out of grapes. Getting used to grape juice is an acquired taste, and it takes time. If you have it consistently, then within a few weeks you will love having grape juice.
